A Cool, Gothic, and Black Tie Christmas Wedding

  • Amelia, a Sales Manager employed in fashion, and Jason, who works in finance as a Risk Manager, were married around the 15 December 2018 at Shropshire.

    Amelia looked incredible in her bridal gowns, using sexy off-the-shoulder straps and sweetheart neckline.

    "I loved the shape and also the sexy slit to show off my fabulous silver sparkly Miu Miu shoes, the detachable off-the-shoulder sleeves, and also the amazing striped fabric! I wanted a large dress, but wanted to feel cool, and felt this dress was built with a bit of edge."

    There may have been a spot of winter rain post-ceremony, however, it certainly didn’t dampen the atmosphere! The wedding party enjoyed a while spent together, with group portraits in Walcot Hall's amazing turquoise ballroom. These and all the many beautiful moments were captured sensitively and creatively by the photographer.

    "The best and just choice for all of us. Matt's style was precisely what we were searching for. We didn't want cheesy wedding photos, which isn't his style, so he was an ideal choice. We wanted realness, and emotion, along with a cool documentary from the day. He captured us most amazingly, and I'm so pleased we opted for him because these are the memories we took away and also have hanging on our wall."

    Jason was the epitome of sartorial elegance in the bespoke black velvet suit, that they wore had a white shirt, a big bow tie, and velvet loafers. Click

    "Jason and I met 8 years back in an East London pub, and 12 months later we started dating seriously. Jason proposed 6 years afterward a weekend away within the Cotswolds, and I was engaged just for over a year before we wed."

    Amelia's bridesmaids wore sharply stylish black dresses, and also the Best Men wore tuxedos, with black shirts and bow ties.

    "We desired to create a cool, Gothic Christmas wedding. We were also inspired by Walcot Hall's turquoise walls being an amazing backdrop, which led to me deciding on the additional colors within the candles and flowers, which flowed with the day."

    Everyone sat right down to a feast made by, after which it came an amazing line-up of evening entertainment – plus some very special guests in the form of for any garage hour!

    "Our first dance was Adorn by Miguel. It's a song we are accustomed to playing at home and dancing around the flat together to, therefore it felt just like a natural choice."

    Favorite Moments

    "Walking on the aisle and seeing Jason's face the very first time, and walking into dinner as Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln to 1 of our favorite songs, and seeing the area looking so amazing with the bright candles lit and also the fires. Plus the speeches were all amazing and diverse. There was nothing we'd have done differently. It was all magical and ideal for us."
