This editorial most abundant in gorgeous gowns and seasonal flowers is a celebration of springtime.
I don't wish to stop sharing spring wedding inspiration even though so many of you wonderful spring brides are experiencing postponed weddings at this time. I hope you won't find my choice insensitive. It's essential to me that I still support the British wedding industry at this time more than ever.
I love how these photographs embrace elegance and eccentricity and was photographed in the beautiful, romantic, and glamorous London wedding venue located just moments from Hyde Park and Oxford Street.
"The idea of this editorial shoot ended up being to welcome the dawn of spring with classic elegance as well as an eccentric twist as our bride emerged in the winter months. We used light and shadows, mixed that old with the new, and hang our contemporary bride between the rich historical setting off."
"Built in 1773, Home House was commissioned by Countess Home to be considered a pleasure palace filled with fun and frivolity. Now a unique members club, we desired to carry on that tradition of frivolity and fun as our bride played between the different spaces and was eager for her big day."
"From the exquisite suites right through to the grand private rooms, what struck us was that every space had completely different characteristics along with a personality of its own. We desired to mirror that within the mood in our muse." Click
Florals
"Spring blooms in shades of 2019’s Pantone color of the season, 'Living Coral,' combined with antique pastel tones and contrasting flashes of blues and deep plum. The team at Your London Florist done expressive arrangements filled with unique flair using Icelandic Poppies, vintage Anemones, chequered lilies, soft roses, and tulips."
"These flowers all sang together to produce a symphony of nature that brought the wild energy of spring indoors and allow the elegance and eccentricity of those organic forms to shine."
Bridal Styling
"Our beautiful model Melinda from Model Students was an ideal muse with this shoot."
"We worked using the stunning, fashion-forward dresses of Israeli designers. Her pieces are daring and contemporary. They were an ideal contrast towards the historical backdrop."
"We mixed these dresses having a selection of accessories from designers to create looks that may take our bride from day tonight. Jane Bourvis also lent us the stunning vintage wedding dresses our bride wears to start her day."
"Large faux pearls, golden cast birds feet and crystals with cocktail ring cuts shimmered and sparkled next towards the inspiring fabrics Zahavit's stunning gowns are constructed with."
